Terms and Conditions

360 Video Booth

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Provider and the Client agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 

  1. Operations. The Provider will deliver, setup, and remove the PhotoBooth from the Event’s location. The Provider agrees to have a qualified technician onsite to maintain and operate the Photobooth. 
  2. Space and Placement. The Client will arrange for appropriate space and access for the Photo Booth at the Event’s venue along with necessary power. The Provider shall provide specifics related to space, shelter, power, and whatever else is deemed necessary must be met for the setup conditions to be considered adequately met. 
  3. Damage to Equipment. The Client will be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s equipment due to misuse by the Client or any guest of the Client and in the case of theft or damage (due, but not limited, to fire, flood, or earthquake). If the Provider judges the weather during the course of the Event to be inclement and thus unsafe, they reserve the right to cease operations for the safety of the equipment and of the Event’s attendees, in which case no refund will be given. Customer will be held responsible and will cover the cost of replacement, amount of $3500.00
  4. Liability and Indemnification. The Provider will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits or increased expenses) with respect to any claim related to this Agreement and the services provided. The Client will indemnify and hold harmless the Provider and all technicians who are independent contractors working with the Provider at the time against all liability related to the Event from its date and into the future. The Client will assume all legal fees claimed by third persons, provided that such loss or damage was not caused by the fault or negligence of the Provider or its employees, agents, or subcontractors. 
  5. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws located in the State where the Event is taking place. 
  6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties. No modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both Parties. 
  7. EXECUTION. The Provider and the Client each represent and warrant to the other that each person executing this Agreement on behalf of each party is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of that party. 

Other Rentals

·  The maximum Number of jumpers allowed in the Bounce House at any time are:

·  All jumpers must remove shoes, jewelry, badges, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house.

·  Absolutely No- confetti, gum, food, drinks, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in the bounce house. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the imposing of an additional Cleaning fee.

·  No Piñata’s in the bounce house-risk of severe injury.

·  No smoking on or around the inflatable.

·  To avoid neck and back injuries – no wrestling, flipping, colliding or fighting.

·  Do NOT bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the bounce house-serious injury may result.

·  Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 3 years of age, and other who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.

·  Do not allow older children to jump with younger children –risk of severe injury.

·  No hanging from netting on the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged.

·  Keep unit away from heat and open flames at all time, materials will burn or melt.

·  If inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.

·  Bounce House Must be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury. Do not use if winds exceed 25mph - bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off blower.

·  Keep children away from the blower unit – risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower.

·  Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due top slipping hazard and electric shock from the blower if wet condition exist.

·  Children’s safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the Lessee of the bounce house, the safety of all who come in contact with bounce house or parts thereof is your responsibility. 

Weather policy: We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions

Cancellation Policy: A 24 hr. notification of cancellation is required (except due to weather conditions) which will result loss of deposit. 

   Liability 

·  This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear accepted.)

·  Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property, and agrees to release and hold Karina’s party rental harmless for any and all claims; of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody. In the event that the release and hold harmless as contained herein is held unenforceable for any reason, customer herby agrees to a limit on any damages claimed by customer to the total paid to Karina’s party rental for the rental.

·  Customer agrees to company right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess said equipment.

·  Customer agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location.

·  Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment.

·  If the inflatable equipment id lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay $2000.00 (two thousand dollars and 0 cents), Projector is $300 (three hundred dollars and 0 cents), Projector screen $200 (two hundred and 0 cents), Popcorn machine, games and toys $200 (two hundred and 0 cents) Corn-hole $350 (three hundred and fifty 0 cents)

·  THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

·  Use of Equipment: Renter agrees & covenants to be satisfied with the instruction and condition of equipment rented and the proper and safe use equipment, or that renter is so familiar and conveyed to Karina Party Rental you were. Renter further agrees that the items will only be used at the address listed on contract, and only for the purpose for which it was intended and manufactured. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited. Renter agrees they have read all instruction manuals, operating instructions, and warnings related to rented items 

·  Equipment Responsibility: Renter is responsible for equipment from time of possession to time of return. Renter assumes the entire risk of loss, regardless of cause. If items are lost, stolen, damaged, renter will assume cost of replace or repair, including labor costs. Renter shall pay a reasonable cleaning charge for rented items returned dirty. 

·  Care of Equipment: In addition to its other obligations hereunder, Renter shall: Pay a reasonable cleaning charge for items returned dirty. Protect the rented items from weather damage, breakage, unauthorized or improper use, theft, or loss while in possession of renter.

·  Hold Harmless Agreement: Renter agrees all risk and agrees to hold Karina Party Rental and any of its staff harmless from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, and damage, and all costs and expenses arising directly and indirectly at or relating to; The delivery, loading, unloading, erection, installation, dismantling, and use of rented equipment. Contact of underground utilities, pipes, or any condition on renter's property. All necessary surface repairs. 

·  Damage Waiver: If you agree to the damage waiver charge as specified, subject to the limitations and exclusions below, Karina Party Rental agrees to modify the terms of this contract and relieve you of liability for accidental damage to the rented item(s) on this contract, and for loss due to fire, collision, windstorm, upset, riot. We exclude from this waiver, however, any loss or damage due to theft, misuse, or abuse, by conversion, intentional damage, mysterious disappearance, or other loss due to your failure to care for the rented item(s). 

·  Any injury or damage during the use of rented equipment including inflatables, dunk tanks, and the person/s or organization renting this equipment from Karina’s Party Rental will be held responsible and liable for all damages or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur. 

Renter shall pay 25% of rent fee to reserve date

Return and Refund Policy

  • No refund on purchased items
  • Deposit may be return if due to weather or other uncontrollable situation (speak with staff) 
  • Please follow instructions
